Careful watchers of the Lompoc City Council, of which there are maybe 12, would have spotted an item on the agenda for the Council’s Nov. 20 meeting: something regarding a forensic audit of our famous local heartbreak: the Lompoc Housing and Community Development Corporation (LHCDC).
